Map Coffee
Spectrax implemented a Sales Force Automation solution for Map Coffee that will expand into a national rollout as Map Coffee opens more outlets. Independent sales teams purchase a quantity of product from Map Coffee and have the sale logged against them on Dynamics GP. They are provided with an MC35 Motorola PDA, a Zebra RW220 Printer and a list of Map Coffee customers they can sell to. They are able to sell or place back orders for coffee and related products to these customers and provide them with an on-the -spot invoice printed from the portable printer. The invoice is sent with a customer signature to Map Coffee, using the Australian wide GPRS data network. The sales team is reimbursed with commission by Map Coffee and new coffee orders are prepared for the sales person - all sales of the product are tracked by Map Coffee.
